How do you feel today?
Growing up can be difficult. Everything’s changing. Sometimes you feel like an adult and everyone around you is treating you like a child. Sometimes you feel like a child and people are telling you to ‘grow up’ and ‘act your age’. This can leave you feeling confused… do you know who can help?

The Adolescent Mental Health Team offer help and support to young people who are having emotional or mental health difficulties. This may be as simple as feeling sad, frightened, angry, worried or depressed, or feeling like you can’t cope with life and the future. If you feel like this, and want some help to start feeling more positive again, the team may be able to help. To find out more contact:

The Barnes Unit
Durham Road, Sunderland, SR3 4AF.
